B93.3 INTERNS!If you are a hard worker, have an outgoing personality, and have tons of motivation, then you could be the next intern at the Milwaukee Radio Alliance. Interns at the Milwaukee Radio Alliance dedicate a majority of their time to the promotions department, setting up for and executing live events, preparing on-air giveaways, press releases, and crafting their organizational skills. Interns are also given experience in whatever they'd want to know about the radio station, allowing time with DJ's and the programming staff, the sales department, production, and other facets of the three stations in the Milwaukee Radio Alliance. The intern will get as much out of the internship as they put in. Interns must be at least 18 years of age and willing to dedicate 10-15 hours a week to the station (sometimes more, sometimes less depending on the time of the year). Interns are expected to be with the station for at least three months, but can continue the internship beyond. Internships can be taken for credit through school, but are not a requirement, and will adhere to the requirements of the school internship program. The internship is meant to find out if radio is right for you and to get experience for your career in radio or whatever you may choose. A cover letter and resume are required, please email to timmy@milwaukeeradio.com. |
